This service is limited to business entity setup support and does not include any transportation, logistics, or authority-related services.

FEES & BILLING DISCLOSURE
The business entity setup fee does not include state filing fees.All required state filing fees will be billed separately and must be paid prior to submission. State fees vary by jurisdiction and are determined by the applicable Secretary of State or filing authority.
