CDL COMPLIANCE PROGRAM
SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Consultative guidance and ongoing administrative support for individuals and business entities operating a CDL trucking company, based solely on information provided by the client. This CDL Compliance Program is designed to help carriers maintain organized records, track required compliance items, and remain audit-ready through structured guidance and documentation support.
PRICING STRUCTURE
$250 Setup Fee (First Month)
$175 Per Month for the first two (2) drivers
$35 Per Month for each additional driver beyond the first twoAll fees are billed on a monthly basis.
TERM & CANCELLATION
This program is offered on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract. Clients may cancel future monthly billing by providing written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Setup fees and any fees already billed are non-refundable.

NO REFUNDS POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. Due to the consultative and administrative nature of this program, refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will not be issued for any reason.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Accomplish Transport LLC shall not be liable for audits, penalties, enforcement actions, lost revenue, operational interruptions, or consequential damages.
GOVERNING LAW
This service is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Enrollment in this program constitutes acceptance of all terms, disclosures, and disclaimers outlined above.
