SERVICE DESCRIPTION
The Done-For-You Non-CDL Compliance Program is designed for non-CDL transportation businesses that want to operate correctly, stay organized, and remain audit-ready without managing compliance requirements independently. This program provides structured, ongoing compliance guidance and administrative support based solely on information provided by the client.

PRICING STRUCTURE
$200 one-time setup fee (first month)
$125 per month for up to two (2) drivers
$25 per month for each additional driver
All fees are billed in advance. Ongoing monthly fees apply for continued compliance support.
TERM & CANCELLATION
This program is offered on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract. Clients may cancel future monthly billing by providing notice prior to the next billing cycle. Setup fees and any fees already billed are non-refundable.

All services are provided in a consultative and administrative capacity only. Accomplish Transport LLC does not act as a government agency, motor carrier, broker, attorney, or regulatory authority.

NO REFUNDS POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. Due to the consultative, administrative, and ongoing nature of this service, refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will not be issued for any reason.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Accomplish Transport LLC shall not be liable for audits, penalties, enforcement actions, lost revenue, operational interruptions, or consequential or incidental damages.
GOVERNING LAW
This service is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
