Refund Policy
NO REFUNDS OR CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED UNLESS THERE IS AN ERROR ON ACCOMPLISH TRANSPORT LLC BEHALF.
Inconvenience Fee
Accomplish Transport LLC goal is to render services to customers within 2-3 business days of consultations. In order for Accomplish Transport LLC to complete services, clients must ensure all required information and documents are received within 24 hours of paid invoice. If a client does not send or provide information within the allotted time, clients will be issued a refund minus 20% for an inconvenience.
Consultation Refund Policy
All consultations are non-refundable. Clients are able to reschedule within 24 hours of scheduled consultation time. Client must notify Accomplish Transport LLC via phone call, email or text to request a new time. Accomplish Transport will attempt to contact clients at the schedule appointment time. If client does not answer or return the call before the appointment time is over, client will have to purchase another consultation at the full price.
